This mystery case deal is for 6 bottles (of the same wine) of a 2025 French Chardonnay from the cool-climate Haute Vallée de l'Aude region in southern France. 

This is a dry, light to medium bodied French white made from 100% Chardonnay, which is from hand-harvested grapes with 20% of the blend fermented and matured in seasoned French oak barriques to give texture and interest.

Production Notes:

"Pinched between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean is the Haute Vallée de L’Aude. The traditional ‘noble’ grape varieties of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir have a natural affinity here. Both varieties benefit from the warm climate combined with high altitude, allowing for slower and longer ripening of the grapes. These ideal growing conditions gives this wine concentrated fruit yet refreshing acidity. Made from mostly hand-picked grapes, which are are fermented in stainless steel with a touch of oak adding texture and complexity. The wine is grown and vinified sustainably, achieving HVE3 certification."
