About preorders

A preorder lets you pre-purchase a wine that hasn't arrived yet in to our warehouse at a special price.

Generally, you get to secure a better price or a wine which is tightly allocated.

Pre-ordering is the best way to secure the sharpest possible pricing, and it also gives everyone a fair chance to access our most popular wines, which often sell out quickly - sometimes before they even land!

Please note, preorder dates are estimates only and best suited to someone who can patiently wait for a great deal.

We try our best to make this as clear as possible:

1. 'Pre-order' is in the title of the product you order

2. It will say "Pre-order" rather than "Add to cart"

3. On the product page, the estimated dispatch date is highlighted in yellow

4. At the checkout, the estimated dispatch date is highlighted in yellow

5. In your confirmation email, it will say the words 'Pre-order' in the title of the product you have ordered

Occasionally, the dispatch dates will change. They are best estimates and are subject to change.

Please note, preorders are best suited to those who can wait for a great deal. If your order is urgent or needed by a specific date, we recommend ordering wine that is in stock.
