Admiralty Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a bespoke label created by the makers of Calrossie Vineyards for a wine producer's consortium based between France and Southeast Asia. 

This wine truly delivers on all the hallmark traits Marlborough is famous for; intense aromatics, fresh fruit flavour and juicy, lingering acidity. 

From certified sustainable, family-owned vineyards in the Waihopai Valley, Marlborough, this wine was harvested, gently pressed, fermented cold in stainless steel tank to promote variety typicity and then aged on fine yeast lees for 12 months, creating palate weight and mouthfeel. This wine is vegan friendly and was bottled with minimal sulphites.
