Vintage: 2025

Winemaking: 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the fruit for this wine was machine harvested, cool-fermented with specific cultured yeasts to promote varietal intensity, then bottled in July 2026 after 15 months on fine yeast lees in stainless steel tank. Vegan friendly. Minimal sulphites.
