What we thought:
Appearance: Pale salmon pink with a coppery shimmer
Aroma: Strawberries, cherries, watermelon, blood orange, wild herbs
Palate: Light and fine, summer berries, citrus, cranberry, pomegranate, 
Characteristics: Great texture, fresh and dry, slippery palate, great persistence of flavour and carry

"Our 2025 Rosé is all about texture, precision and elegance. Pale pink with a delicate coppery shimmer, it opens with vibrant aromas of strawberry, white peach and wild herbs. The palate is pure and focused, unfolding layers of raspberry, rhubarb and fresh cream before a dry, mineral and mouthwatering finish. Crafted entirely from Central Otago Pinot Noir. Serve chilled at 8-10°C."
