The fruit is bright and fresh with lively acidity and flows effortlessly on a silky palate. Vibrant mousse provides a creamy mouthfeel, elevates with length and lends a dry, crisp finish. This Australian Prosecco is clean and fresh with purity and an elegant texture. Serve as an aperitif or match with ceviche over the next 2-3 years.
