"Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is softly full, with aromas of Nashi pear, apple and blossom. Full-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of NAshi pear melded with apple, five-spice and pear blossom. Excellent palate weight in an oily/ creamy texture, spices elevate along with lively acidity, lending a crisp, appetising finish. Match with smoked warehou and char siu buns over the next 3 years.
