"Bright, even, pale yellow. This has a generous, vibrant bouquet with aromas of stonefruit, citrus, almond shavings and delicate spice. Medium-full bodied, aromas of lemon and grapefruit melded with nectarine, almond shavings, spice and Greek yoghurt. The round/ creamy mouthfeel flows effortlessly with tangy acid, along with fine-textured phenolics and subtle almond hints to a dry, long finish. This Chardonnay is forward and elegant, with lovely palate weight and texture. Match with prawns and fish over the next 3-4 years. Handpicked, wild-fermented in small and large format French oak (approx 5% new oak), underwent full MLF, aged on gross lees for 12 months. Unfined, unfiltered.
