Pronol DOC Brut Prosecco

Pronol Prosecco is produced by the Bottega family, who have been cultivating vines in Veneto (Italy's Prosecco region) since the 1600s. The vineyards are not certified but they have been farming according to organic principles since inception, also manually pruning their vineyard by hand and hand-harvesting all fruit from their vineyard.

This Prosecco is a dry, classic style. It is fresh, lively and with a delicate bead. Elegantly fruity with hints of green apple, white peach and citrus.
