"Bright, even, pale yellow. Gentle, consistent bead. The nose is fresh, with aromas of apple, pear and blossom. Medium-light bodied, aromas of apple and pear melded with star fruit and blossom. The fruit is bright and fresh with lively acidity and flows effortlessly on a silky palate. Vibrant mousse provides a creamy mouthfeel, elevates with length and lends a dry, crisp finish. This Australian Prosecco is clean and fresh with purity and an elegant texture. Serve as an aperitif or match with ceviche over the next 2-3 years.
