The 2025 Calrossie Vineyards Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc delivers on all the hallmark traits that Marlborough Sauvignon is famous for; intense aromatics, fresh fruit flavours and a juicy, lingering acidity.
This is the third Sauvignon Blanc produced by Calrossie Vineyards, and is sourced from several vineyards in the Waihopai Valley where the fruit was selected for its quality, fruit flavour and natural acidity.
The 2025 vintage has just been selected for First & Business class with Thai Airways and Business Class with Singapore Airlines.
Vineyard and vintage
100% Sauvignon Blanc, the fruit is from certified sustainable vineyards in the Waihopai Valley in Marlborough. The soils are also wind-blown loess over rich clay. The 2025 growing season in Marlborough was very favourable, with even ripening conditions and no adverse weather events, producing white wines with excellent fruit quality, great acidity and intense aromatics.
Vinification
The fruit was harvested and then gently pressed into stainless steel tank, after which it was fermented at cool temperatures to retaien its freshness, aroma, and purity of fruit. No malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on fine yeast lees for 9 months prior to being bottled. Vegan friendly. Contains minimal sulphites.

"Our 2025 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc has vibrant aromas of crushed herbs, jalapeño and seaspray. The palate is dry, focused and refreshing, with flavours of finger lime, white peach and nectarine. The finish is balanced, long and lingering."
