The 2024 La Famille 'Cuvée Les Coeurs' Cabernet Franc has been sourced directly from top Cabernet Franc makers Francois-Xavier Barc and Gerald Vallée, both generational winemakers from the Loire Valley.

Sourced from a single vineyard near Bourgueil within the Touraine appellation of the Loire Valley, where the soils are sand and gravel and the vine age is 25 years, this Cabernet Franc was traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness and purity of fruit.
Bright garnet colour in the glass, this fruit-forward Cabernet Franc shows all the hallmark traits of red wines from Touraine; morello cherry, redcurrant, plum, even a hint of graphite and tobacco. Silky, subtle tannins and fruit ripeness balance nicely against the spice and acidity.
