What we thought:
Aromas: Spicy, dark cherry, truffles, dried herbs, amaro
Palate: Powerful, concentrated fruit, long savoury finish with mushroom, sage, forest floor and cacao.
Characteristics: Nice balance of intense fruit and complex savoury notes. Plush, silky tannins. Juicy. Vibrant.

"Our 2021 vintage Pinot Noir showcases the very best of the Bendigo subregion of Central Otago with dense, rich, red berry aromas, a plush, generous palate of cacao, black cherry and ripe doris plum, and nuances of graphite, forest floor and tobacco. This wine will drink well from 2025 on and will continue to reveal more with time."
