100% from the rare and nearly extinct Gascon grape, a variant of Gamay Noir also known as Gamay d'Orléans. Yields are naturally low, and the wine spends between 18 and 24 months in old futs. 

Fresh, floral, fruity and crazy complex! The mouth is savoury and mineral, and the length is fantastic.

An hour of decanting is highly recommended!
