2023 Brood Fermentation 'Nuka' Light Red

2023 Nuka is 45% Carbonic maceration Pinot noir fermented with 45% Whole bunch pressed Pinot Noir.

Fermented with a touch of Pinot gris, and aged in a mix of barriques and puncheons. This years' Nuke is a serious rose with notes of watermelon, fennel seed, sage, and rhubarb. Complexity, salinity, great with food. 

As always, organic, dry farmed, unfined, unfiltered. Vegan.
