Case of 12 bottles

New for 2023 is Patrick Sullivan's namesake Chardonnay. Unlike his single vineyard wines (Bullswamp, Woori Yallock etc), this is made from a blend of sites, all of which are located on Victoria's unique limestone coast. All share a common shallow volcanic top layer with complimenting subsoils of limestone and basalt, creating a wine with richness, minerality and nicely balanced acidity too. Released one year prior to the single vineyard wines, this wine is is great drinking and incredible value too. 

Winemaking: The fruit is whole bunch pressed into tank. Once settled, the juice is racked into barrique and tank for primary and malolactic fermentation. Approximately 15% new French oak is used.

Appearance: Pale lemon to light gold

Nose: Cream custard, white peach, citrus, vanillin

Palate: Brioche, peach, mineral, lime, cream
