If you remember Rob’s ‘Daydreamer’ Sangiovese Rosé the nose on this one will send you straight back to it. 7 days Carbonic maceration, all in stainless steel. Bright, almost candied on the nose, but savoury, dry, slightly earthy on the palate. Incredibly pleasant to drink.
We suggest drinking this one chilled. There's no rules but we prefer it this way.
