Predominately Sauvignon blanc selected from three different cuvées. Barrel fermented, skin fermented and carbonic fermented. A small amount of Riesling juice was added for the secondary in-bottle ferment. Dry, bright and fresh - exactly what we look for in a Pét Nat!
