New year, new pack. Keeping it simple this round - wines that I feature heavily on rotation at the moment. Wines when you walk in the store you end up leaving with over and over again.
Something different to your classic NZ Sav - barrel fermented, richer, more texture. Perfect winter white
Once again a South Australian wine in my pack, it's a given. One of those 'sorry what grape varieties are in this wine..?' - Shiraz on Pinot Noir lees with some Pinot Gris. One to make you think.
This is the pick for me currently, a wine that has a level of uniqueness I can't say I've felt as strongly about in a while. Something I think taste quintessentially Jauma. A red with profound acid which my palate is very much obsessed with. One to get the convo started.
