Audrey's Fairygarten, named after James's daughter Audrey. This one is a bright, juicy, incredibly light Shiraz. Made by way of carbonic maceration, the light whole-berry fermentation method most closely associated with Beaujolais, James has crafted a super bright, high toned, energetic, super plummy light red number! Great with a chill.
Jauma ("Yaow-ma") are some of the earliest natural wines known to Australia and some of the first natural wines to ever make it to New Zealand. Winemaker James Erskine is based in South Australia where he and organic viticultural specialist Fiona Wood farm several vineyards together, often with a focus on old-vine, dry-grown bush vines. All of James's wines are organic, wild fermented, unadjusted, unfiltered, unfined (vegan) and with no added sulphites.
