Introducing 1000 Fires, an hommage to Austrian social architect, paint and dreamer Hundertwasser (100 Waters). This wine is a fun, juicy, playful white wine with some skin-contact influence. Bright, linear, juicy fruit - white peach, pear, citrus.
Jauma ("Yaow-ma") are some of the earliest natural wines known to Australia and some of the first natural wines to ever make it to New Zealand. Winemaker James Erskine is based in South Australia where he and organic viticultural specialist Fiona Wood farm several vineyards together, often with a focus on old-vine, dry-grown bush vines. All of James's wines are organic, wild fermented, unadjusted, unfiltered, unfined (vegan) and with no added sulphites.
