Notes From The Producer:

A blend of Savagnin & Pinot Gris from our Willow Grove vineyard (with a little Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc from the wild dog vineyard) Willow Grove is North facing with own rooted vines that we grow organically without irrigation.

All fruit was direct pressed into old french oak barrels for wild fermentation. Pinot gris was occasionally topped with excess wine, while Savagnin was left untopped for ageing in barrel. Wine is rich but elegant, with great natural acidity, citrusy, white flowers, lemon curd, mineral. 13.5% alc
