This 6 pack contains all of the 2021 Das Juice release:
Das Juice is the project of James Audas and Tom Sheer, who run Australian natural wine distribution business Lo-Fi together. James, who returned to Australia after working as Head Sommelier at Noma, also runs ARC Wines together with his wife Jess, where he is the winemaker across both labels.
Even with the attractive pricepoint these wines are no-compromise. The fruit for Das Juice is sourced exclusively from organic and biodynamic vineyards from South Australia (primarily) and Mornington Peninsula. The wines are made with no adjustments, fining or filtration and with just a small amount of sulphur at bottling being the only addition (the 2021 Pét Nat has no added sulphites).
This is now the second vintage of these wines in New Zealand, and if you haven't tried them already - all six are delicious, well-made and a total joy to drink.
All Das Juice wines are organic, wild fermented, unfiltered, and unfined (vegan).
