85% destemmed and fermented on skins for 5 days. 15% kept as whole bunches and carbonic-macerated for 2 weeks. Blended and then matured together in stainless steel. Deep peach in colour. Complex, delicate, fruity and juicy. Palate just bursting with berries, fruits, pith, zest and soft, mouth-watering phenolics. 13%.
