Pinot Gris, Chardonnay & Riesling. The Pinot Gris was foot-stomped and left on skins overnight before being pressed into stainless steel. The Chardonnay was whole bunch pressed straight into aged French oak barriques. The Riesling was foot-stomped and left on skins overnight before being pressed into aged French oak barriques. Light gold in colour. Grapefruit and tropical aromas with a lick of Waimea sea breeze. Textural, tropical, slightly riper stonefruits crossed with a dry, mouth-filling touch of botanicals. 13.5%.
