60% Pinot Gris - 2/15 and Mission clone, destemmed and co-fermented in tank with 40% Pinot Noir - Clone 6, destemmed also. Pressed after 2 weeks into 3/4 stainless steel, 1/4 old large-format French oak. This wine is light ruby red in colour, packed with raspberry and cherry aromatics. A tightly wound ball of jubey fruit and light tannins that finish in a delicate blend of dried herbs and raspberries. Intense, flavourful chilled red. 13.5%.
