Stylistically this is a dark, brooding, full body red. Rich aromas of plum, dark cherry and spice, the wine has firm, present tannins which gives the wine complexity, structure and interest to complement its generous, plump, juicy palate. A really delicious, delightful big red. 

100% Tempranillo from a BioGro certified organic vineyard in the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago. Hand harvested, destemmed, wild fermented in stainless steel and then matured in large format French oak. Unfiltered, unfined (vegan), contains sulphites.
