100% Estate-grown Nebbiolo Rosé. Hand harvested, foot-crushed and pressed off after two days skin-maceration. Fermented in large format French oak puncheons and aged on lees for eleven months. Just three puncheons produced. Nebbiolo seems to lend a real amaro, cherry, cranberry-type complexity to things with acidity and tannin too. Not light, pale or pink, this is a dry, savoury, intense rosé with structure.
