2019 Halcyon Days Kōtare
Kõtare is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (60% Skin-fermented & 40% Whole bunch (direct press)), Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer. Fresh and light stonefruit from the Sauvignon Blanc, herbaceous and spicy from the Gewürz. A really smart, light orange wine. Organic, wild fermented, unfiltered, unfined, no additions including no added sulphites.
