Biodynamically farmed, hand harvested, whole bunch pressed, settled overnight, then racked into barrel for 11 months.
Full malolactic fermentation in a one year old Austrian oak foudre. Beautifully clean and clearly settled then bottled unfiltered, unfined and under natural cork and wax.
