100% Pinot Noir. Organically farmed, hand harvested, 50% whole bunch fermented then pressed into aged French oak barriques for 12 months maturation. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, this wine is rich without the presence of oak, textural, deep and savoury! An incredible place to start to understand what Julien and Carole do with the wines at Sextant and Domaine Derain.
