2018 Momento Mori Bianco
A blend of approximate 40% Fiano, 40% Greco di Tufo and 20% co-fermented Fiano and Chardonnay. Each portion fermented separately in stainless steel using various fermentation techniques and with 1-9 months of skin contact. 18 months aging on lees before blending and bottling.
