2017 Amós Bañeres Missatge en una Ampolla
The Macabeu vines used for this wine are planted on calcareous-clay soils and grown and cultivated using organically.
The grapes are destemmed and during the pressing the stems are introduced and fermentation is carried out with native yeasts. The wine is then left to rest for 6 months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
