NV Renardat-Fâche 'Bugey-Cerdon' Méthode Ancestrale Gamay Noir

Renardat-Fâche are perhaps the most famous producers in the world of Bugey-Cerdon, a rosé sparkling wine from the tiny appellation of Bugey, France.

This wine is a new cuvée (blend) for them, being a blend of 2019 and 2020 fruit, and made entirely from Gamay Noir. Between this and the traditional single vintage 2019 Bugey-Cerdon, this is the most intense and fruity of the two.

In a nutshell: Demi-sec (slightly sweet) sparkling rosé made in a méthode ancestrale style from 100% Gamay Noir. More fruity and fresh than the 2019 single vintage wine.
