A staggering 13 varietal co-fermentation: Nebbiolo, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Saperavi, Pinot Noir, Barbera, Chardonnay, Marsanne, Roussanne, Pinot Gris, Viognier, Gewurztraminer & Gruner Veltliner. Wild fermentation. Unfined, Unfiltered.
This is the ultimate chilled red with its light ruby red colour, cherry cola aromas and balanced expression of fruit and light tannins. Chuck in your fridge, wait, drink and yum.
