A light, juicy and very easy drinking Cabernet Franc from Bourgeuil, Loire Valley. 

Hand harvested from a 50 year old organically farmed vineyard. Wild fermented, carbonic macerated and delicately pressed off after 3 weeks. 

Drink chilled on a warm summer's day or at room temperature when the weather is a bit cooler. 

Unfined, unfiltered.
