This bright dry rosé is a blend of Tempranillo & Pinot Noir both from the Peters Creek Vineyard on the high edge of Mclaren Vale. Whole bunch pressed, slow naturel ferment in tank with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling. Bright, dry and so much fun to drink. Darker, Tempranillo-spectrum red fruits play in tandem with good acidity and brightness.
