Juicy, plush red that's great chilled and not! The 2020 harvest is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from the Zirella vineyard in Tatachilla and Pinot Noir from Peters Creek. All grapes were hand picked and whole bunch carbonic macerated for 8 days before were pressed to tank for a slow naturel ferment. Finished with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling.
