"Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is gently full, with aromas of quince, guava, straw and honeysuckle. Medium-full bodied, aromas of quince, pear and guava melded with straw and honeysuckle. The wine is crisp with refreshing acidity; fine-textured phenolics provide a dusty mouthfeel and elegant finish. This Pinot Gris is fresh and textural, flaunting tropical fruit and rich floral. Match with smoked pork and grilled fish over the next 3 years. Fruit from Merindah Vineyard in Murray Darling, whole bunch pressed, cool fermented in stainless steel tank, aged on fine lees for 6 months. 13% alc. Certified organic.
