Foot-stomped and left on skins overnight (for texture and tension) before being pressed into 2/3 stainless steel and 1/3 large-format aged French oak. Light straw in colour, lemon-lime citrus notes that jump out the glass with florals and stonefruit running all through to the palate. Generous, weighty, sherbet-like acidity, plenty of texture and tension. 12%.
