Damn, BK. Back at it again. This full bodied gris is for anyone who ‘doesn’t like white wine’. It's textural, dry with a hint of fruit sweetness and very very moreish. Rich in fruit concentration due to the low yield and even lower rainfall, making for a wine that packs a fruitful punch. There’s a bit of spice, some floral notes and enough texture keep it complex and interesting. Weighty yet elegant, if you’re having an existential crisis, this is a good one to sit back and pontificate the meaning of it all.
