100% Estate-grown Pinot Noir. Again, extremely low yields requiring the Estate vineyards (Gloria etc) to be combined into one wine. Vines now with some decent age too - 26 years. Approx 20% whole bunches fermented in 2000L open-top Australian Jarrah. Pressed off, then aged on fine lees for one year in aged French oak. Light and fresh but still complex enough to offer savoury, earthy, forest-floor notes. Just 6 barriques produced.
Everyday Wine got a tiny allocation of 12 bottles of each cuvée!
