2019 La Perdida 'A Seara' Garnacha Tintorera Blend

$56.00

A Seara is from one single vineyard in Pobra de Trives, about a 30 minute drive from winemaker Nacho Gonzalez's base in Larouco. It's approximately 70% red varieties Garnacha Tintorera, Mencia and Mouraton, and 30% white varieties Doña Branca, Godello and Palomino, from a tiny plot of 0.35 hectares which was planted between 1950 and 1960 on granite soils. Picked later and riper than his other cuvées, this wine is one of La Perdida's bigger reds with beautiful, richer floral and fruit character. Fermented and matured in stainless steel for absolute fruit purity.
