Organically farmed fruit from a BioGro certified organic vineyard in Nelson. This is a juicy blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer. The epitome of orange wine - wild fermented, carbonic maceration, skin-contact co-fermentation of Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer, blended with direct-pressed Pinot Blanc from the year after. Bottled unfiltered and unfined (vegan).
