2022's 'Mangatahi' showcased NZ Sangiovese in a way we've never seen before, and 'Vermillion' only builds on this.

An absolute zinger in the glass - fresh strawberry, pomegranate and intense red liquorice dance along the palate, a touch of citrussy fizz on the tounge with a supremely thirst-quenching finish.

We think this is Halcyon's best yet!
