"Deep ruby-red with a garnet core, slightly lighter on the rim. The nose is full, with aromas of cassis, blackberry, dried mint and mocha. Full-bodied, aromas of cassis and blackberry entwined with dried mint, mocha and clove. The rich fruit is dense with a black fruit core; tannin extraction provides structure and a rich closing. This Cabernet Sauvignon possesses dark fruit on a chewy tannin framework and a rich finish. Match with grilled steak and roasted meat over the next 3-4 years. Fruit from Fleurieu Vineyard in Mclaren Vale, handpicked, destemmed, wild fermented to 13.5% alc, aged in used French oak barrels then stainless steel tank. Certified organic.
