A fresh, vibrant and energetic 'Noveau' style of Pinot noir. Loaded with raspberries and cherries and a little herbal crunchy kick for good measure. Chill it down to cool off on a hot summers evening. One sip and you'll be dreaming with your head in the clouds.

Winemaking notes: Made from BioGro certified organic grapes from Mount Edwards's Morrison Vineyard in Pisa, Central Otago (near Cromwell). Hand harvested, fermented in two separate small fermenters, one with 70% whole bunches and the other 100% destemmed. Minimal extraction and gentle handling with just one short pumpover each day. Matured in stainless steel to retain freshness and vibrancy. Unfiltered, unfined (vegan), minimal sulphites added at bottling.
