Brise Cailloux is 100% Syrah from granite and silty clay soils from the lowest section of the "Les Arlettes" vineyard (where cuvées Billes Noires and GORE are also from). This wine is powerful, rich and concentrated and always benefits from decanting.
Brise Cailloux is hand harvested, destemmed by hand, fermented in concrete eggs then matured in old 500L French oak for 18 months.
