2019 Cambridge Road Rosé of Venus

A savoury rosé of 99% Riesling and 1% Pinot Noir and Syrah to liven things up. The palate has texture and tension from the skin-contact, the finish is dry and chalky, and the overall result is incredibly moreish. 

A really smart play on light skin-contact and using a small % of red fruit - two things it would seem that make you keep going back for more.
